We use PayPal as our main payment method. PayPal is a secure way of paying us by credit card or other forms of payment. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won’t receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don’t have to worry about paying people you don’t know.

PRICES, TAXES AND CUSTOMS
All prices are in euros. All prices include VAT 20%. If you live outside the EU, you might have to pay customs tax. The amount of tax depends on the legislation of your country and on the total cost of your order. For more information, please contact customs authorities of your country.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
You can order from Lucifer’s Child Shop online securely using Paypal. Sorry, we do not accept money orders or personal checks.
Do you allow cancellations ?
We allow cancellations – All cancellations must be done within 24 hours of the online purchase. To cancel an order, contact us through email at info (at) luciferschild.net with the subject line reading “Cancellation” and a brief description of your cancellation. You will receive your refund within 7 (seven) days.
How long will it takes for my order to be processed ?
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days.
Where do you deliver ?
We ship to all countries internationally. Shipping takes 7-10 days to International destinations. Please make sure you can receive mail from the Post Office at the address you supply. We do not offer express or overnight shipping, sorry you’ll just have to wait!…..but it’s worth it!
What about our privacy ?
We do not rent, sell or distribute our customer base or newsletter e-mails to anyone. Your privacy is important to us and is completely guaranteed. When you give us your e-mail, address or phone number during the ordering process they are used for order confirmation purposes only.
